The VIVA club was created by husband & wife team, Stephen & Catherine Turner (of Turner Invest) in collaboration with their Executive VA Mary.
The VIVA Club stands for the Very Important Virtual Assistant Club (you have to thank Stephen for the acronym) as we know that finding the right VA for your business is very important & when you have the right one in place, they will be become very important to you.
The VIVA Club was started to solve the problem Catherine & Stephen were having. They have been hiring & working with Filipino based VAs since 2014 & were becoming increasingly known in certain property & business circles (especially as Catherine is a public speaker) for helping guide others to hire their VAs. Then they decided to write a manual detailing exactly how to hire and onboard a VA & finally they wrote a whole section on it in their 13 module online masterclass.
However, they were always having to point people to generic outsourcer hiring sites that they knew could be unreliable, clumsy to use & ultimately had no control over the quality of the potential applicants. So, it became clear that they needed to do something about this & by tapping into the extensive VA network their Executive VA Mary had, they formed the VIVA Club.
As small business owners who knew the value the right VA brings, but also having experienced the problems of other sites & hiring the wrong VAs for the wrong roles, Catherine & Stephen knew they could make it easier, simplier, quicker & more efficient for the small to medium sized busy business owner to find, hire & manage their first or next VA & that's exactly what you'll get with the VIVA Club.
So, how does it work?
We don't charge the VAs to be part of the club, instead, we charge a small one off fee (based on the package you decide you require) to the business owner doing the hiring. Which is a small fraction of the cost it would be to go down the traditional hiring route.
All the templates & forms you would be required to create are provided for you. So no reinventing the wheel & saving you hours in time & money.
For the one off fee, you get 1 month access to the portal, although most will hire within 1 week. This therefore allows you time to hire multiple times or rehire if needs be at no extra cost.
There are no on-going fees & what you pay your VA goes directly to them, we do not get any on going percentage.
Our Executive VA Mary can guide you through the hiring process to ensure you get the right candidates applying for your role.

Mary graduated from Adamson University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She's a former Preschool Teacher, and a Technical Support consultant before she decided to be a full-time Freelancer.
Mary co-founded The Very Important Virtual Assistant Club. She oversees the business process services and she is responsible for managing the business, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients. She is The VIVA Club's secondary decision- and policy-maker, setting the tone for the business’ values, ethics, and culture.
Her years of corporate experience coupled with her administrative expertise and people skills have proven extremely effective in helping business owners to move their businesses forward.
